This is a resort community of people ages 55+. Unit has two bedrooms with two full baths, pond/canal view in front and natural wildlife area in back can be viewed from the private patio. The clubhouse has shows, movies, pools, gym, classes, ping pong, exercise classrooms, tennis, shuffleboard, pickle ball courts and activities. Shuttle busses with a lift run daily and can take you to many places so there is no need for a car if you can't drive or don't want to. The complex is gated with security and has three entrances. A great place to live.
